As Managing Director, I've had the privilege of watching this Centre grow into one of the region's most trusted venues for exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA)
The nearest airport is the Navi Mumbai International Airport, located around 14 km (20 mins) from CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre. The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport continues to serve as a major air gateway for the region. Here's how you can reach us from the airport:

Follow the instructions laid down by airlines on disembarkation.

  • Wear face masks/hand gloves and follow social distancing at various touch points at the airport to be safe and secure.
  • Sanitizers are placed at strategic locations at the airport, right from the entry to boarding points.
  • On arrival at the destination, passengers are advised to adhere to the health protocols as prescribed by the destination State/UT.
  • Wait at the baggage claim area until bags arrive in batches. Please follow the markings at various processing points throughout the airport for safety
  • Passengers are requested to follow the markings at the baggage belt.
  • F&B counters are audited daily to ensure food safety and hygiene standards.
  • We ensure contactless interaction right from viewing the menu to payment exchange.
  • All Taxis in the airport are sanitized and all taxi drivers are temperature screened.

All international passengers upon your arrival in Mumbai, may please follow the Arrival signage and proceed to Arrival Immigration Hall for immigration clearance. Please make sure your visa and passport are ready before you reach the immigration hall.

Green channel - Nothing to declare

Red channel - Carrying Goods to Declare

Important to Note: Non-declaration & wrongful declaration of any dutiable good may attract confiscation of goods, fine or penalty. Serious offences like attempting to smuggle Gold, without declaration may lead to arrest & prosecution. The Indian Revenue Department has specified a list of items, including the size that can now be imported duty-free as part of the baggage.

By road

Navi Mumbai offers a well-connected public transport system that makes reaching our venue easy and affordable. Mumbai trains have three different lines- the Western Line, the Central Main Line, and the Harbour Line. This extensive network reaches to almost all parts of the city and the suburbs and is the most preferred way to commute amongst the people of Mumbai.

The nearest suburban railway station from CSMIA's domestic terminals in Santacruz is Vile Parle (East). Andheri (East) is the nearest suburban railway station from the International terminal at Sahar.

The nearest railway station is Vashi Railway Station, located just 3-minute walk from the venue.

From Vashi Station, you can take a short walk to CIDCO Exhibition & Convention Centre.

NMMC area is served by four bus transport agencies which operate services between Mumbai – NMMC area, with in NMMC area, Thane – NMMC area and surrounding area.

These services are NMMT undertaking has 567 buses catering to 1,80,000 passengers daily and operating on 74 routes.

The following bus routes pass through these terminals:

  • Domestic Terminals: You can take the bus route no. 312 to commute to Vile Parle (East) and Andheri (East) railway stations.
  • International Terminal: You can take the bus route no. 321 to commute to Vile Parle East. Bus route no. 308 will take you to Andheri (East) railway station.
  • You can board buses heading to Vashi or Sector 30A. The nearest bus stops are Vashi Bus Depot and Sector 30A Bus Stop
